Job summary

Job description: Position Details What You Will Do: We are offering a full-time position as a work from home Inbound Sales Advisor. Working in a call center environment, you will be selling and upgrading CAA memberships to both potential and existing CAA Members. Our Membership Sales team is made up of driven, customer-oriented Associates who are obsessed with Member safety. This role sells travel medical insurance. You will be required to obtain your license; we provide training and certification within the first month of employment. You will need hard-wired, high-speed internet connection to work from home and a dedicated distraction free workspace or office. We provide the required technical equipment. Shifts range from 8am to 8pm EST, Monday to Saturday, and Sundays 9am to 6pm EST with shifts every second weekend. Must reside in South Central Ontario. This position begins with paid training. Day one is a virtual scheduled session to ensure your equipment is set up and working. Day two is a full day of training onsite in person orientation class at our CAA/CCG head office. (If you are located in SCO this location is 60 Commerce Valley Dr. E. Thornhill. If you are located in Manitoba this location is 870 Empress St. Winnipeg). Day three of training starts a six-week schedule of virtual class room training from 9-5 EST Monday to Friday. You must be available to attend all scheduled training - time off is not available during the training period. Please note, salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Who You Are: Completion of post-secondary education 2-3 years of customer service experience 1-2 years of sales experience Licensed to sell Accident & Sickness Insurance considered an asset Excellent customer service skills Genuine empathetic communication style Ability to meet all internal quality standards and KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) Hard working, positive attitude, team player Self-starter with the ability to complete repetitive tasks while remaining focused Strong problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills Ability to obtain and analyze information quickly on a reoccurring basis Quick and accurate data entry Please note: Internal applicants are asked to formally express their interest by applying online no later than 10 business days of the position being posted. Requirements

Candidates must have post-secondary education and 2-3 years of customer service experience along with 1-2 years of sales experience. Applicants must reside in South Central Ontario and be able to attend mandatory in-person and virtual training sessions.
