Counsel members and clients in person or by telephone, recommend travel options, and sell travel products and services, including transportation, accommodation, insurance, and memberships. Research and book travel, issue tickets and documents, maintain client records, process payments and refunds, and support company partnerships and initiatives.

Answer Member calls and texts, respond to inquiries and requests, and manage call flows while navigating multiple screens. Resolve concerns on the first contact where possible, de-escalate issues, and escalate complaints to the appropriate resolution channels when needed.

Dispatch and monitor incoming towing, battery, and light-service requests, routing calls to the nearest available contractor while balancing response times and cost effectiveness. Track contractor progress, redirect calls within required timeframes, maintain service standards, and clear completed calls from the system.
