Conduct internal investigations, including scene investigations and neighborhood canvasses, to resolve investigative files. Collaborate with lead adjusters and experts to evaluate liability and present findings to the Fraud Committee.

Investigate, evaluate, and settle property claims resulting from catastrophic weather events while managing liability and subrogation exposure. Coordinate with all involved parties and manage vendors through Xactanalysis to ensure efficient claims processing.

Assign and monitor incoming tow, battery, and light service requests to ensure member safety and cost-effectiveness. Manage contractor progress and ensure service standards are met across various Canadian regions.

Sell and upgrade CAA memberships and travel medical insurance to potential and existing members in a call center environment. Meet internal quality standards and key performance indicators while maintaining high customer service levels.

Consult with business partners in Insurance to develop training programs and select effective instructional methods. Present information using various instructional techniques and formats to enhance knowledge retention.

Provide knowledgeable customer service and insurance advice to clients both in person and via phone. Process policy changes in the insurance system and work toward achieving sales goals and quality standards.

Provide knowledgeable and efficient insurance advice and customer service to clients both in person and over the phone. Process policy changes in the computer system and work toward achieving sales goals within quality standards.

Providing knowledgeable and efficient customer service to clients, including offering insurance advice and processing policy changes. Achieving sales goals while participating in team meetings and contributing to standards and procedures.

The Property Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, analyze, negotiate, and settle property claims while ensuring expedient resolutions. They will also conduct investigations, evaluate liability, and coordinate with all parties involved in the claims process.
