Job summary
Title:Driving Range Attendant Reports to:Guest Services Supervisor/Head Golf Professional Location:Cabot Cliffs Job Type:Seasonal Full-time Built by dreamers, for dreamers. A Driving Range Attendant with Cabot serves to help enhance the guests experience on the practice facility. The main role is to keep the practice facility neat and tidy, picking, washing and staging practice range balls. They will help service guests as they warm up or practice on the driving range, take a lesson and or golf clinic or golf school. Core Accountabilities Assist guests with their golf clubs and acknowledge them by name Be aware of daily lessons, clinics, golf schools, other golf activities, group and VIP arrivals Communicate special guest requests to the Guest Services Manager/Head Golf Professional Ensure front entrance, driving range and work areas are clean and presentable at all times Offer assistance to all guests and provide them with information requested and directions, escorting the guest whenever possible Daily and on-going driving range set up, cleaning off any debris, empty bags or baskets and straightening up any out of place stall items Set up and tear down of Clinic’s, schools and or group staging areas on the practice facility Picking, washing of driving range golf balls, and filling up baskets for future use Keeping the Range Picking Machine clean and tidy, report any issues with the picking machine or shag bags Report daily range ball counts to pro shop for reporting purposes Comply with Cabot health and safety legislation Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service Excellent grooming standards Physical Demands Ability to spend long hours moving around, walking, sitting, standing and crouching while performing other duties Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move luggage and objects up to 50 lbs
