You manage multiple roles and relationships without dropping the ball — and you hold yourself to a high standard on follow-through. Industry-Curious. You stay close to market trends, employment landscape shifts, and what's happening in hospitality and beyond. Comfortable with Ambiguity. You don't need everything figured out to move forward. You move forward confidently without needing a complete roadmap. You naturally take initiative, ask insightful questions, and adapt quickly. Service-Oriented. You take pride in creating a seamless candidate experience while maintaining an organized and efficient recruitment process. You Will Be Responsible For Building and maintaining strong relationships with GM and Chef-level Operations partners, acting as a trusted advisor on sourcing strategy, interview best practices, and hiring priorities.
