Job summary

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Trade Settlement Support Analyst with strong experience using Broadridge systems (BPS, Impact, Gloss, or ShadowSuite) to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate trade settlement across various asset classes while mitigating risk and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage the end-to-end trade settlement process for equities, fixed income, and derivatives. Ensure timely affirmation, confirmation, and settlement of trades in coordination with custodians, counterparties, and internal stakeholders. Use Broadridge platforms (e.g., BPS, Impact, Gloss) for trade matching, reconciliation, and settlement processes. Investigate and resolve trade breaks, fails, and discrepancies. Liaise with trading desks, brokers, and clearinghouses to resolve exceptions in a timely manner. Maintain accurate trade data and support reconciliation efforts with accounting and reporting teams. Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and system upgrades related to post-trade operations. Support regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with T+1/T+2 settlement regulations and global market standards. Required Qualifications: 2–5+ years of experience in trade settlement, trade support, or middle office operations within financial services. Hands-on experience with Broadridge systems is required. Solid understanding of trade lifecycle, including pre-settlement and post-trade processes. Familiarity with DTCC, Omgeo/CTM, SWIFT messaging, and reconciliation tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with international markets and multi-currency settlement. Exposure to regulatory requirements like T+1, CSDR, or SEC Rule 15c6-2. Knowledge of FIX protocols and electronic trading platforms.
