Responsibilities Provide Comprehensive primary medical care to patients with acute and chronic health conditions including referral to other health care providers when warranted. Deliver occupational health services such as, but not limited to: Referral of patients for participation in programs for the use of indicated personal protective devices – hearing conservation, respiratory protection program. Communicate with Senior Medical Authority on relevant clinical matters such as CF Spectrum of Care, complex patients requiring multi- disciplinary intervention, individual operational readiness. Maintain patient medical information in Electronic Health Record and patient health records. Qualifications Licensed and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario Certification in Family Medicine with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP) Basic Life Support for Health Providers or CPR/AED Level C Additional Requirements You will be able to obtain a Government Security Clearance at the Reliability level Compensation Based on skills and experience as outlined in the statement of work Vacancy We have 2 positions available # AI Usage Disclosure At Calian, we do not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to screen or evaluate candidates. What you’ll do

Requirements

Candidates must be licensed with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and hold certification in Family Medicine (CCFP). A valid Basic Life Support for Health Providers or CPR/AED Level C certification is required, along with the ability to obtain a government security clearance.
