Job Type: Full Time Position Overview We are seeking motivated and hands-on candidate to support the assembly test stations. Successful candidates will contribute to test station assembly, prototype validation, product troubleshooting, laboratory operations, and mechanical integration activities supporting advanced optical transport platforms. Responsibilities Test Station Assembly & Support Build, wire, configure, and maintain electrical and optical test stations. Read and interpret layout drawings, wiring diagrams, fiber routing documentation, and assembly instructions. Support inventory management, equipment tracking, and material planning activities. Identify and escalate equipment shortages or operational issues. Troubleshooting & Repair Conduct detailed inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and rework of electronic and electromechanical assemblies. Remove and reinstall electronic components as required. Verify repair quality through visual inspections and compliance checks against company and industry standards. Provide technical feedback to engineers to improve manufacturing and assembly processes. Documentation & Process Support Create and update work instructions, setup guides, and system diagrams. Support scheduling, planning, and coordination activities for test station deployments and prototype builds. Communicate progress updates and technical findings to engineering teams. Qualifications Education in an Engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical). Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand tools. Understanding of Fiber Optic handling procedures. Working knowledge of MS Windows environments. Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly documentation. Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and schedules.
