Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Optimize the use of human, material, and financial resources to maximize operational performance. Support operational budgeting while monitoring costs and key performance indicators. Champion a strong culture of health, safety, environmental responsibility, and regulatory compliance. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with customers, business partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational success. Analyze operational performance, prepare management reports, and recommend strategies that support business growth. Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives alongside senior leadership. The Must-Haves To succeed in this role, you bring: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of progressive operational leadership experience. Experience within industrial, manufacturing, energy, nuclear, construction, utilities, or related environments. Proven success managing multidisciplinary teams and complex operational environments. Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and drive operational excellence initiatives. Experience managing operational budgets, resources, and performance metrics. Strong knowledge of health and safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory compliance requirements. Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
