Detail-Oriented – From perfectly pinning a gown to ensuring every appointment runs seamlessly, you know that the little things make the biggest difference. A Relationship Builder – You excel at connecting with people, understanding their unique needs, and creating a personalized and stress-free experience. What You’ll Do Work one-on-one with brides to help them find their dream wedding dress. Guide brides through our curated collection, offering personalized recommendations and expert advice. Ensure every fitting room is prepared for appointments with care and attention to detail. Build lasting relationships with brides, their families, and their bridal parties. Manage follow-ups with brides, keeping them excited and informed every step of the way. Contribute to the overall success of the boutique by meeting individual and team sales goals.
