Job summary
Reporting to the VP, Finance and Support Services, and supporting the Finance portfolio, the full-time, permanent Executive Assistant will provide senior confidential executive-level administrative and clerical support to VP, Finance and Support Services, and in the future, one additional VP. The position requires a high degree of confidentiality and discretion. An integral part of this job is liaising effectively with both internal and external stakeholders and being comfortable working with people and systems within and outside of CAMH such as health care or educational institutions, government departments and others. Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or a community college diploma/certificate in a related field. A minimum of 5 years of senior administrative experience is required, along with advanced proficiency in MS Office and Adobe software.
