Join our team at Garbonzo's Sports Pub as a dedicated and experienced Supervisor. This role requires flexibility, with shifts on weekdays, weekends, mornings, evenings, and holidays. As a supervisor, you will manage daily operations, lead staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and foster a positive atmosphere in the pub. Be part of a dynamic team at Garbonzo's Sports Pub, where we are committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Responsibilities: Supervises staff at Garbonzo's Sports Pub activities and productivity at all times. Ensures excellent front-of-house service, allocating and supporting staff throughout the shift to maintain exceptional customer service. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or food and beverage environment. Must possess a valid Smart Choices Certificate. Demonstrated leadership skills. Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
