Responsibilities: Supervises staff activities and productivity at all times. Ensures excellent front-of-house service, allocating and supporting staff throughout the shift to maintain exceptional customer service. Supports managers in the execution of business operations, driving sales and profit performance of the restaurant is consistently achieved and provides end-of-shift feedback. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications: At least 1 – 3 years' experience Supervising in a Bar/Lounge environment. Demonstrated leadership skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Flexibility to work shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.
