About This Opportunity Reporting to the Supervisor, Material Supply, the incumbent will be responsible for activities in the indirect purchasing process. Applications received beyond that date are not guaranteed consideration. Responsibilities Purchase order creation, confirmation, and maintenance in SAP. Communication with a large quantity of internal sites, to ensure adherence to the purchase order process. Support, set up and training of new vendors and new users in SRM. Maintaining preferred vendor and catalogue compliance. Resolution of issues related to invoice matching and price variance. Skills & Experience Previous experience considered an asset in: A material supply role or accounts payable Working with SAP Must Possess Excellent Skills In MS computer programs Organization Time management Attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment as a member of a high-performance team What We Offer Values based culture. Requirements

Previous experience in material supply or accounts payable and experience working with SAP are considered assets. Candidates must have strong Microsoft computer-program skills, organization, time management, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
