The delivery agent is responsible for sorting and preparing mail at the depot and delivering parcels and letters to customers on a designated route. They must also load and operate a postal vehicle while maintaining high standards of service. Candidates must possess a valid Class 5 or Class G driver's licence with a clean driving record for at least three years. Additionally, they must be physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy mail items and be available for on-call work.
