THE ROLE The Corporate Services Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for the planning, organizing and delivering of Corporate Services Programs (marketing, sponsorship, communication, etc.). They monitor web content management systems and assist with maintaining websites within established web publication policies, procedures, standards and guidelines. The Administrative Assistant organizes the event calendar, and monitors, records, and documents financial transactions and commitments. This is a hands-on role, with lots of interaction with colleagues throughout the organization. If you are detailed oriented and organized, this is the opportunity for you! Requirements
