In addition to charter services, company affiliates provide flight training and third-party repair and maintenance services. Job Description Canadian Helicopters is looking for a Tooling Clerk. The selected candidate will be working with the maintenance team at our Head Office, located in Les Cedres, close to Vaudreuil-Dorion. Reporting to the hangar manager, the Tooling Clerk will be required to: Ensure tooling control according to company standards; Ensure continual updating of the tooling control system on the website; Monitor the upcoming calibration dates of the tools (website reports), take the necessary actions to do the follow-up, the treatment for calibration and return to service; Process and coordinate with supervisors requests to send tools and equipment, ensure timely delivery and follow-up; Receive tools, inspect their condition on each return, ensure basic maintenance and proper order of sets and store them; Participate in the maintenance, repair or manufacture of tools as required; Prepare and verify the labelling of tools and products; Perform inventory of tools and components; Maintain order of tools and workspace; Work on special projects and other related tasks; Qualifications Basic knowledge of tools and parts; Work experience related to the job (an asset); Be comfortable with computers especially with Excel, Outlook and Internet. Bilingual English and French (read, spoken and written); Be methodical, accurate and meticulous; Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines; Demonstrate autonomy.
