The Case Manager provides clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and rehabilitative support to individuals living with mental illness. They are responsible for developing community networks and supporting clients in achieving success in their daily living, working, and social environments.

Addiction Counsellor (52-26)

Provide counselling, support services, and care planning to individuals and families impacted by substance use and gambling. Collaborate with community partners to build capacity and reduce stigma through education and prevention.
