Sheraton Club Lounge Associate Responsibilities: Establish a good relationship with our loyal repeat members and acknowledge them upon return to our hotel Professional F&B setup for Breakfast or Afternoon Hors D’oeuvres Run daily reports Analyze notes in guest profiles and make sure that payment is allocated for packages with club access. What you’ll do

Requirements

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a luxury hotel environment and possess a Smart Serve certification. A secondary school diploma is preferred, along with proficiency in computer software and a strong commitment to guest service.
