Position Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Manager, Finance to take ownership of our financial ecosystem. You will be the primary driver of our cash flow integrity, management reporting, and cost-efficiency initiatives. This is a hands on role where you will manage the day-to-day mechanics of payments and collections while providing the strategic analysis necessary to scale our operations. Key Responsibilities 1. Payments & Collections * Cash Reconciliation: Own the end-to-end reconciliation of all payment gateways, bank accounts, and customer loan balances * Process Optimization: Design and implement scalable workflows for payment postings automation and reconciliation * Loan Management System: In conjunction with Collections Team, ensure timely posting accuracy and reporting 2. Management Reporting & Decision Support * Financial Visibility: Prepare monthly/quarterly management reporting packages, including P&L analysis, cash flow forecasting, and KPI dashboards. * Strategic Insights: Translate raw data into actionable insights—identifying trends, revenue leakages, and growth opportunities. * Budget vs. Actual (BvA): Conduct variance analysis to help department heads understand their spending and stay aligned with company goals. 3. Expense Management & Operational Control * Spend Policy: Develop and enforce company-wide expense policies and procurement workflows. * Vendor Management: Review vendor contracts, manage accounts payable, and lead periodic audits of SaaS subscriptions and operational overhead to identify cost savings. * Systems Implementation: Maintain and improve the finance tech stack (e.g., ERP, Expense Management tools, BI platforms). What you bring * 6+ years of relevant work experience in the financial services field or related industry. * University undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, or equivalent, coupled with a CPA or equivalent professional designation. * Demonstrated expertise in leading and cultivating high-performing teams. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.). * Experience with Sage 300 ERP or similar accounting software. * Demonstrated commitment to achieving a high degree of accuracy within a fast-paced environment, maintaining meticulous attention to detail while effectively managing competing priorities. * Positive and results-oriented mindset, consistently seeking opportunities for improvement and demonstrating a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding targets. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at identifying and resolving complex issues, leveraging critical thinking and data-driven insights to drive informed decision-making.
