Industrial Labourers –| Fly-In/Fly-Out Canoco Energy Services is seeking experienced Industrial Labourers to join our team for work in Fort McMurray, Alberta. This is a fly-in/fly-out (FIFO) position with camp accommodations provided, following a 24/4 shift schedule with an ASAP start. We are looking for dependable individuals with industrial construction experience who take pride in working safely, efficiently, and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Perform general labour duties on industrial construction sites Assist trades and site crews with daily construction activities Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Assist with concrete and construction activities as required Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Participate in safety meetings, inspections, and hazard assessments Follow all company and site safety policies and procedures Qualifications & Requirements Previous industrial construction experience required Experience working on industrial sites Valid CSTS 2020 or CSO Valid WHMIS 2015 Valid Fall Protection Valid H2S Alive Valid Confined Space Strong commitment to safety and productivity Reliable and dependable Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically capable of performing demanding industrial work Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Must be available to work a 24/4 shift schedule Position Details Location: Fort McMurray, Alberta Schedule: 24/4 Rotation: Fly-In/Fly-Out (FIFO) Accommodations: Camp provided Start: ASAP Why Join Canoco? Requires previous industrial construction experience and valid safety certifications including CSTS 2020, WHMIS 2015, Fall Protection, H2S Alive, and Confined Space. Candidates must be physically capable of demanding outdoor work and available for a 24/4 fly-in/fly-out shift rotation.
