Job summary

Job Description Position Overview We are seeking experienced Rig Welders to support upcoming work at CNRL. Key Responsibilities Perform GTAW and SMAW welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy piping systems. Complete pipe fit-up, spool fabrication, and welding in accordance with project specifications. Read and interpret isometric drawings and welding procedures. Maintain quality workmanship while meeting project schedules and client requirements. Ensure welding equipment and rig are maintained in safe working condition. Follow all site safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Work collaboratively with supervisors, pipefitters, and other trades on site. Qualifications Alberta Journeyperson Welder Certificate. Interprovincial Red Seal Certification considered an asset. Must provide fully equipped welding rig suitable for industrial site work. F3/F4 (SMAW) F6 (GTAW) F6/F4 (GTAW/SMAW) Experience working with carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy piping systems. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Job Details Project: CNRL Schedule: Rotation details to be provided during the hiring process.
