Based out of Phoenix & Toronto, we are a supplier of professional pressure washing equipment, pumps, engines, accessories, and replacement parts. We serve contractors, equipment dealers, rental companies, agricultural customers, and other commercial and industrial customers across North America. The Opportunity The ideal candidate has previous sales or customer service experience and is comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email. Experience with pressure washers, small gas engines, pumps, industrial equipment, or related products is a strong advantage. You will help customers select products, answer product and order questions, process orders, follow up on quotations, and provide post-sales support including troubleshooting, warranty claims, and RMA processing. Key Responsibilities Inside Sales Answer customer inquiries by phone and email in a professional and timely manner. Help customers identify the right pressure washer, pump, engine, accessory, or replacement part for their application. Prepare quotations and process customer orders. Follow up with customers on quotes, orders, backorders, and deliveries. Provide product information, specifications, and troubleshooting assistance. Maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems. Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure orders are processed correctly and on time. Post Sales Support Assist with warranty and service-related inquiries. Troubleshoot pressure washers, pumps, engines, motors, accessories, and related equipment. Ask appropriate diagnostic questions to identify the likely cause of equipment problems. Guide customers through basic troubleshooting, testing, maintenance, and repair procedures. Determine when an issue can be resolved remotely and when the product should be returned for inspection or repair. Build positive, long-term relationships with customers. Learn about Canpump's product range and develop strong technical product knowledge. Required Qualifications Previous sales or customer service experience is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service mindset and professional telephone manners. Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working with computers, email, and business software. Ability to learn technical product information quickly. Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical Requirements This is a full-time in-person role at our location in Toronto. The candidate should have the ability to reliably and safely commute to our Toronto, ON location and maintain consistent attendance and punctuality. Ability to safely lift, carry, and move equipment and packages weighing up to 50 lbs as required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and occasionally handle equipment during product inspection, troubleshooting, returns, and warranty evaluations. Ability to safely perform these duties using appropriate lifting techniques and equipment when necessary. Why Join Canpump?
