Quality Control Technician

Canterbury is seeking a highly motivated Quality Technician to support the Manufacturing team at our Richmond branch as a full-time, permanent member of the team. As a part of the Manufacturing team, you will be responsible for conducting and documenting lab analyses of raw materials & finished products. You will also continuously perform and verify on-line sampling and quality checks of products ensuring the highest quality output. The Quality Control Technician is responsible for conducting and documenting lab analyses of raw materials and finished products. They will also perform on-line sampling and quality checks to ensure the highest quality output.

Candidates should have a post-secondary education in Food Science or Technology, or equivalent experience. Training in SQF, HACCP, and GMP is preferred, along with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
