Job summary

Duties Reporting to the General Manager, the Quality Manager will contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the company's quality management and continuous improvement activities. Provide technical support to internal and external customers and suppliers. Review and maintain the quality management system documentation, including all company processes and work instructions. Work closely with production personnel to perform various follow-ups or interventions and ensure compliance with customer specifications and requirements. Conduct internal audits of products, processes, and systems. Manage the internal and external non-conformance process. Lead problem-solving workshops. Review and maintain the production employee training system. Maintain statistics. related to product quality monitoring and identify opportunities for improvement. Lead continuous improvement workshops. Manage the new product validation process. Manage the calibration system. Required Qualifications Spoken and written languages: French and English. Knowledge of software: World, Excel, PowerPoint. Open-minded, proactive personality with strong interpersonal skills. Salary and Conditions Salary and conditions are based on company policy and the candidate's experience.
