Lead the future of insider risk management by delivering strategic controls that protect our clients, strengthen governance, and enable secure transformation across financial services. The Role As a Senior Program Manager within our Banking & Payments Practice, you will lead the delivery of a complex Insider Risk Controls Program for a leading financial services client. Working across multiple business and technology functions, you will oversee the successful implementation of regulatory, security, fraud, AML, and risk management initiatives while ensuring strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence. What You'll Do Manage medium-sized projects or defined workstreams within portfolio. Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, action logs, and delivery plans. Maintain RAID logs and coordinate the mitigation, escalation, and resolution of delivery risks and issues. Build effective relationships across business, technology, operations, vendors, and delivery teams. Track project financials, including budgets, forecasts, actuals, accruals, and variances. Prepare status reports, governance materials, dashboards, and stakeholder communications. Support delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. Bring strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced financial services environment. What We're Looking For Proven experience leading large-scale regulatory, risk, security, or transformation programs within banking or financial services. Strong program and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across business and technology functions. Experience working across cybersecurity, fraud, AML, compliance, operational risk, or governance initiatives. Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Experience supporting audit, regulatory, and enterprise risk management activities within highly regulated environments. Bonus Points For Experience delivering Insider Risk, Cybersecurity, or Financial Crime programs. Knowledge of banking regulatory frameworks and industry best practices. Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platforms and security technologies. Consulting experience delivering complex transformation programs. Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is listed below. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment. Our compensation policies and salary ranges are designed to allow our people to progress through the salary range as they demonstrate strong performance and develop in their role over time. The base pay offered to selected candidates will be within the salary range and the placement will vary based upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity. Canada Pay Transparency $118,000—$153,000 CAD
