Housekeeping Attendant

Description Housekeeping Attendant Sweep, mop and wash floors; Dust furniture; Make beds, change sheets and distribute clean towels and toiletries; Clean and replenish coffee service and amenities; Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies; Stock linen closets and other supplies' areas; Clean, disinfect and polish bathroom fixtures and appliances; Clean and disinfect public areas (lobby/reception/rest rooms); Pick up debris and empty trash containers; Wash windows, walls and ceilings when necessary; Report maintenance issues to management; Report and store lost and found items; Sort laundry and operate washing machines and dryers to clean and dry bed linens, towels and other articles; Treat stained and heavily soiled articles as per property guidelines; Separate and fold laundered articles; Mix and add detergents; Store cleaned items in linen closet; Maintain inventories of products, materials and amenities in stock Note Other duties relevant to the position, as required Remuneration is based upon skills/experience; Subsidized accommodation available to qualified applicants

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness. Duties include laundry operations, restocking amenities, and reporting maintenance issues to management.

The position is entry-level and requires the ability to perform physical cleaning tasks and operate laundry machinery. Remuneration is based on the applicant's skills and experience.
