Job summary
Job Title: Airframe Integrator – Corrective Action Requests Location: Mirabel (hybrid mode) The Airframe Integrator is responsible for coordinating, driving, and monitoring the resolution of Corrective Action Requests related to airframe manufacturing, assembly, quality, and supplier performance. This role serves as the focal point between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Program Management, and Suppliers to ensure timely root cause analysis, implementation of corrective actions, and closure of non-conformances while maintaining compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Your role • Technical guidance to support Corrective Action Review Board (CARB) • Support the Safety team to execute A/C Level Safety, Reliability and Security processes • Support triage meetings regarding issues to resolve • Lead and coordinate assigned corrective action requests from initiation through closure. • Review non-conformance reports, quality escapes, customer findings, and production issues to determine corrective action requirements. • Facilitate cross-functional investigations involving Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams. • Ensure robust root cause analysis is performed using structured problem-solving methodologies such as: • Develop, track, and validate corrective and preventive action plans. • Verify effectiveness of implemented corrective actions and ensure sustainable solutions are achieved. • Support airframe production activities by identifying recurring issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure compliance with applicable aerospace standards, company procedures, and customer requirements. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related equivalency. • Minimum 6 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, airframe integration, quality engineering, or corrective action management. • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. • Proficiency with quality management and issue-tracking systems. • Strong cross-functional communication skillset • Risk assessment and mitigation

Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering with at least 6 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or quality engineering. Must possess strong organizational skills and proficiency in quality management systems.
