JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking an experienced AEM Tower Lead to lead the design, development, governance, and delivery of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions supporting enterprise digital experience, customer engagement, personalization, and self-service initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for defining the AEM implementation strategy while actively participating in architecture, development, integrations, and technical delivery. The role will work closely with Enterprise Architecture, Customer Experience, Product, Adobe CDP, Data, and Integration teams to deliver scalable customer-facing experiences across web and mobile channels. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth in AEM with solution leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery experience. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Governance * Lead the AEM delivery tower across architecture, development, and environment management * Define AEM development standards, best practices, and governance processes * Provide technical leadership across all AEM-related initiatives * Collaborate with business, UX, product, architecture, and delivery teams to align solutions with customer and business objectives * Review technical designs and ensure consistency across releases Solution Architecture * Design scalable AEM solutions supporting personalization, self-service, forms, and customer engagement use cases * Define content architecture, component strategy, template strategy, and experience framework * Support integration between AEM and: * Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) * Adobe RT-CDP * Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) * CRM platforms * Customer portals * Enterprise APIs Hands-On Development * Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, services, and workflows * Support implementation of reusable content and personalization capabilities * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. * Contribute directly to development where required Customer Experience Enablement * Support implementation of: * Personalized content * Self-service journeys * Status visibility experiences * Service request experiences * Program enrollment experiences * Digital engagement journeys Delivery & Release Support * Participate in estimation, sprint planning, release planning, and technical reviews * Support deployment and environment management activities * Partner with QA teams on testing and release readiness REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Adobe Experience Manager * AEM Sites * AEM Assets * Content Fragments * Experience Fragments * AEM Workflows * AEM Dispatcher * AEM as a Cloud Service Development Skills * Java * Sling * OSGi * REST APIs * HTML5 * CSS * JavaScript * React (preferred) Digital Experience Platforms Experience with: * Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) * Adobe RT-CDP * Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) * Personalization and audience targeting * Customer portals and self-service platforms Integration Technologies * API-led integration * Microservices architectures * Event-driven architectures * Azure Integration Services (preferred) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Experience * 10+ years in web and digital experience delivery * 5+ years of Adobe Experience Manager experience * Experience leading AEM development teams and delivery workstreams * Experience delivering customer-facing digital transformation programs * Experience working within Agile delivery models * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Preferred Qualifications * Adobe certifications * AEM Cloud implementation experience * Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem experience * Customer engagement and personalization experience * Experience integrating AEM with CDP, CRM, and customer service platforms * Experience working in large-scale enterprise transformation programs The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $70,751 - $165,984 CAD. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
