Team Members are expected to deliver the position as described under various weather conditions including but not limited to sun, rain, snow, sleet. Team Members must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions in the dark. Team Members are occasionally required to lift and carry up to 20lbs, climb a step ladder or step stool. What you’ll do

Deliver engaging and informative tours while ensuring a safe and positive guest experience. Provide educational information about the rainforest and wildlife while maintaining professional relationships with the operations team.

Requirements

Candidates need at least one year of guest services experience and a positive, energetic personality. Availability for mid-week and weekend shifts, including holidays and various weather conditions, is required.
