Job summary
Capilano Volkswagen is a busy North Vancouver automotive dealership that requires a friendly and enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist to join our award-winning team. In this role, the successful candidate will be the first greeting point of all customers visiting the dealership, so he or she must have a welcoming demeanor, possess excellent inter-personal communication skills, and can multi-task effectively. As well, this role requires phone communication skills and the ability to effectively relay messages from customers to various departments using Microsoft Office applications so a strong grasp of computer skills is required. Additional responsibilities include generating deposit and service invoices for customers at the point-of-sale terminal, creating schedules, and logging in customer contact details into the CRM. The Ideal Candidate Must Possess The Following The ability to communicate fluently in written and spoken English The ability to reliably commute to the dealership for shift coverages: AM shifts starting at 7:00AM, and/or PM shifts ending at 7:00pm. and/or the weekend shift coverages including Saturday and Sundays Possess excellent phone and inter-personal communication skills A friendly and welcoming demeanors as the initial greeting point for all arriving Capilano Volkswagen customers!
