About the Role Working closely with our Solutions team and Strategic Account Executives, you will own advisor engagement within target wealth firms, from initial outreach and product demonstrations through the development of informed champions. Your work will support the broader account plan and create momentum throughout the enterprise sales process. What You’ll Do Develop and own the advisor engagement plan for each firm, aligned with the Strategic Account Executive’s account plan. Research target firms, identify relevant advisor groups, and build focused outreach lists. Execute consistent outbound outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Turn outbound engagement into advisor meetings, product demonstrations, roundtables, and workshops. Build relationships with advisors and understand how they research investments, develop recommendations, create proposals, and present advice to clients. Identify potential champions, deepen their understanding of CapIntel, and equip them to advocate for the platform internally. Maintain disciplined follow-up throughout the enterprise sales process and keep engagement activity current in the CRM. Use advisor insights to strengthen account messaging, presentations, and demonstrations. Share recurring advisor needs and market feedback with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. What We’re Looking For Two to four years of wealth-management experience, ideally as an internal wholesaler, internal sales consultant, associate advisor, or associate financial planner. A practical understanding of advisor workflows and client conversations. Comfort with proactive outbound outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn. Confidence building relationships, delivering product demonstrations, and presenting to individuals and groups. Strong commercial judgment and the ability to identify genuine interest, develop champions, and create momentum. Persistence, curiosity, and the ability to take ownership of an engagement plan. Excellent communication, research, planning, and organizational skills. The ability to work effectively across multiple internal teams. Relevant Canadian or U.S. industry credentials are an asset, including the CSC, CIM, CFP, CFA, SIE, or applicable securities registrations. At CapIntel, we design compensation with intention. Depending on the role, total rewards may include variable pay, equity, comprehensive benefits, flexible time off, and dedicated opportunities for growth and development.
