Your Role Serve as the primary point of contact for clients reaching out to the service department. Build trust by identifying vehicle needs and guiding clients through the service journey. Schedule and confirm appointments to optimize shop flow and client convenience. Relay accurate customer data to service advisors for a seamless handoff. Contact past clients due for factory maintenance and follow up on pending work. Execute retention strategies through high-quality, professional client interactions. Log communications and output metrics to help improve service desk operations. Requirements Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Showcase prior background in customer service, hospitality, retail, or contact centers. Communicate confidently over phone and online channels to build immediate rapport. Apply detailed organizational habits to manage daily task queues. Operate multi-screen computer applications and database software efficiently. Perform reliably in a high volume, collaborative shop environment. Maintain a valid driver’s license.
