This fully remote role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others, communicating clearly, and delivering positive customer experiences in a fast-paced digital environment. In this position, you will act as a key point of contact, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently. Your language skills, attention to detail, and customer-first mindset will play an important role in building trust and maintaining strong relationships. Key Responsibilities 1) Customer Communication Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
