Role Description The Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Winnipeg, MB, responsible for overseeing day-to-day move management and estate concierge projects. This role leads and coordinates onsite teams during sorting, organizing, packing, moving, and unpacking activities, ensuring that furniture plans are followed and client spaces are set up efficiently and safely. The Team Lead communicates directly with clients, provides clear updates, and ensures a high standard of hospitality and care throughout each engagement. Daily tasks include task assignment, quality checks on completed work, resolving problems that arise onsite, and maintaining alignment with company processes and service standards. The Team Lead also supports training and mentoring of team members, promotes a positive work environment, and contributes feedback to improve services and operational efficiency. Qualifications Experience in team leadership or supervisory roles in service, hospitality or related industries, with the ability to coordinate staff and delegate tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, provide reassurance, and interact respectfully with clients during emotionally sensitive situations. Demonstrated commitment to customer service and hospitality, including problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach to client needs and onsite challenges. Comfort with physical, hands-on work (e.g., packing, lifting, moving household items), and adherence to safety practices and guidelines. Ability to work full-time on-site in Winnipeg, MB, with flexibility for varying schedules based on client needs. Valid driver’s license required .
