Your Day to Day: * Ensure that all prescriptions are complete and authentic * Provide final check in a team-based workflow environment and also being involved in the quality assurance team * Confirm accuracy and completeness of pharmaceutical products prepared for delivery * Accept verbal prescriptions from prescribing authorities * Perform the final check of prepared prescriptions * Working with advanced pharmacy software and automation technologies to enhance patient safety * Clinical service support and leadership opportunities What You Bring to The Team: * Current registration as a Registered Pharmacy Technician with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP) * Experience working as a Registered Pharmacy Technician strongly preferred * Knowledge of KROLL Pharmacy systems is a strong asset * Retail/Community/Long Term Care Pharmacy experience strongly preferred * Demonstrated computer or word processing skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work effectively under pressure * Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Ability to manage priorities in a time sensitive environment; possesses strong organizational skills * Ability to benefit from coaching and instruction for quality processes; comfort with and accepting of constructive feedback Qualities for Success: * Ability to manage changing priorities * Ability to work independently, and as a member of a team * Customer service oriented * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills * Strong attention to detail * Strong organizational and time-management skills Location: This is an on-site role located at 3287 32 St N Lethbridge, AB. This is a Full Time role. Hours of work are between generally Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm) Opportunity: This is a current existing position. .
