What you’ll do

Provide technical support to users by troubleshooting computer difficulties and managing network access. Maintain a log of problems and solutions while installing hardware and software to enable internet connectivity.

Requirements

Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of experience and a college or CEGEP education. Proficiency in networking hardware, software, and operating systems like Windows and Mac OS is required.
