Insurance Defense & Class Actions Associate (2–4 Years) Litigation Associate – Toronto A premier Ontario-based law firm is currently looking for a Litigation Associate to join their highly-regarded insurance defense and class actions practice in North York. The Opportunity This role is designed for an ambitious lawyer looking to transition into a more substantial platform. You will handle a diverse and challenging portfolio—including complex Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) and tort claims, as well as defending major institutional and corporate clients in complex class action proceedings—while gaining direct, hands-on experience in the courtroom and before administrative tribunals.
