Serve as a trusted business partner providing HR support to operational leaders and employees in a 24/7 manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, recruitment, workforce planning, and maintaining a strong presence on the production floor. Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and at least 3 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing or unionized environment. Strong knowledge of employment legislation and proficiency in MS365 and HRIS systems are essential.
