Your Day-to-day Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment, including corrugators, printers, die cutters, folder-gluers, and conveyor systems. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and automation-related issues to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, sensors, drives, and control systems using diagnostic tools, schematics, and software. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and performance. Collaborate with operators and production teams to identify issues and optimize machine efficiency. Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing maintenance practices, reliability, and operational efficiency. Your strengths as an Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Minimum 2 years of experience as a Red Seal Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing or packaging environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Experience in troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), HMIs, and automated control systems. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and machine manuals. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, software, and computer-based maintenance programs & SAP. Familiarity with 5S, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement principles. Commitment to quality, efficiency, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
