Every kitchen, vanity, closet, and commercial project we build is custom made for a specific client. That means no two days are exactly the same, and every member of our production team plays an important role in bringing each project to life. Whether you're unloading materials, processing panels, applying beautiful finishes, staging completed cabinetry, or crafting one-of-a-kind custom pieces, you'll be part of a team that takes pride in quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. We currently have opportunities available on an afternoon shift (3PM - 11PM) in: Panel Finish What You'll Do Depending on the department you join, you may: Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently. Sand, prepare, and finish products to our quality standards. Stage completed projects for delivery and installation. Read drawings and work instructions. Inspect your work to ensure exceptional quality. Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Previous manufacturing, woodworking, cabinetry, finishing, or construction experience is an asset, but it's not required. Requirements

Candidates should have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well with their hands in a team environment. While previous experience in manufacturing or woodworking is considered an asset, it is not required as the company provides training.
