We Currently Have Opportunities Available In: Receiving Panel Processing Finish Assembly What You'll Do Depending on the department you join, you may: Receive and organize materials and hardware. Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently. Sand, prepare, and finish products to our quality standards. Stage completed projects for delivery and installation. Build and assemble custom cabinetry. Read drawings and work instructions. Inspect your work to ensure exceptional quality. Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. We're Looking For People Who Take pride in producing quality work. Have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Enjoy working with their hands. Are dependable and eager to learn. Work well as part of a team. Pay attention to the details that make a great finished product. Value safety and continuous improvement. Previous manufacturing, woodworking, cabinetry, finishing, or construction experience is an asset, but it's not required. We're happy to train individuals who have the right attitude and are excited to learn. Requirements

Candidates should have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well with their hands. While previous experience in manufacturing or woodworking is considered an asset, it is not required as the company provides training.
