The Barback is responsible for maintaining bar cleanliness, stocking supplies, and preparing garnishes to support the beverage team. They also assist in providing superior customer service while ensuring compliance with all company policies and the Liquor License Act. Candidates must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts while maintaining a professional appearance. A Smart Serve certification and a clean criminal history certificate are required for this position.
