Job summary
Job Description Cavendish Farms is seeking a Senior Agriculture Process & Development Specialist to drive business transformation across our Agriculture functions. This role will lead process improvement, data governance, digital enablement, and AI innovation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making. Working closely with Agriculture, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and other key stakeholders, the successful candidate will identify opportunities to optimize processes, implement technology-enabled solutions, and champion continuous improvement across our agriculture operations. Salary Range: $60,000 – 85,000 Application Deadline: September 7 th , 2026 Responsibilities Lead agriculture business transformation initiatives by identifying, prioritizing, and implementing process improvements. Establish and maintain process governance standards, performance measures, and continuous improvement practices. Partner with business leaders and IT to evaluate, design, and implement digital solutions that improve operational effectiveness and support strategic objectives. Champion innovation through AI, analytics, and emerging technologies by identifying opportunities to enhance productivity, business performance, and decision-making. Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and user adoption activities to support the successful implementation of new processes, systems, and ways of working. Qualifications Strong understanding of agricultural operations, farming communities, and grower relationships, with the ability to build credibility and communicate effectively with farmers, growers, and agricultural leaders. 5+ years of experience leading business transformation, process improvement, or continuous improvement initiatives. Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at multiple levels of an organization. Experience implementing new processes, systems, or technology solutions within a complex business environment. Knowledge of and interest in data, analytics, AI, automation, or other digital technologies used to improve business performance. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
