Your Impact (The Day-to-Day) Drive the Pipeline: Engage with prospective students through high-volume outbound outreach (80–150 touchpoints per day). Momentum is your best friend. Consultative Enrollment: Conduct 1-on-1 discovery sessions to understand student goals and match them with the right academic programs. Event Execution: Represent the college at career fairs and open houses, acting as the "face" of our brand to attract top-tier talent. Account Management: Manage the student journey from the initial "hello" to the first day of class, ensuring all documentation and eligibility requirements are met. Crush Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly enrollment KPIs through effective follow-up and closing strategies. Requirements
The role seeks at least two years of success in a high-volume sales environment, strong phone communication and rapport-building skills, resilience, and motivation to meet targets. A bachelor's degree is preferred; experience in private post-secondary admissions or education sales and familiarity with CRM systems are advantageous.
