We are looking to hire a Supply Chain Management Administrator based out of our Grande Prairie branch. This position provides support to the Supply Chain Management team through general administrative duties, facilitating documentation, purchasing assistance, equipment tracking, vendor communications, and ensuring the efficient flow of information within a warehouse-based office environment. Responsibilities: * Work in various operating systems to support Supply Chain and Procurement activities. * Review, audit, and post daily inventory transactions. * Generate, process, and resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders and freight waybills. * Run, prepare, and distribute reports as required by the department. * Work with vendors and SCM to obtain applicable documentation as required. * Maintain and audit equipment tracking records to ensure accuracy. * Create and support SCM in the completion of weekly audits. * Investigate and resolve documentation discrepancies with vendors. * Create and process invoice and vendor returns. * Process vendor credits accurately and in a timely manner. * All other duties as assigned.
