We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Brand Leader to champion a portfolio of prominent quick-service restaurant brands and drive customer preference. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will serve as the core customer advocate, translating brand strategies into cohesive packaging, marketing, and merchandising tactics while driving corporate brand growth. This role operates on a hybrid work model (requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office) and offers a competitive total rewards package. Description As the Brand Leader, you will take ownership of developing long-term portfolio strategies, fostering brand innovation, and acting as a dedicated brand guardian. You will bridge high-level strategic decision-making with hands-on operational execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, agency partners, and franchisees. The ideal candidate brings strong consumer targeting insights, proven multi-unit retail or restaurant experience, and a track record of driving business growth through collaborative leadership. Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Direct the long-term vision, business planning, and strategic direction to optimize business unit performance. Provide strategic decision support, reports, scenario analysis, and business advice to senior executive leadership to enable informed decision-making. Lead brand-building processes, ensuring cross-functional efforts align with overarching brand strategies, vision, and mission. Guide cross-functional teams and external agency partners to translate brand strategy into packaging, marketing, purchasing, and procurement execution. Lead social media initiatives and collaborate across teams to develop innovative corporate brand products informed by customer insights and brand architecture. Direct and mentor operations and marketing teams, ensuring high performance, continuous professional development, and quality outputs. Operations & Administration Lead the execution of annual marketing tactics, aligning strategy with cross-functional execution plans. Drive brand growth across sales, volume, and profitability using knowledge of the competitive landscape, business needs, and consumer trends. Engage proactively with franchisees as a key consulting resource, providing coaching to improve operations and boost sales performance. Develop product forecasts, analyze market trends, and implement cost-saving or product-improvement initiatives. Review department budgets and financials to ensure alignment with overall corporate financial objectives. Requirements Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience managing franchisee/franchisor relationships at a senior level. Deep expertise in brand management, brand building, consumer targeting, and equity development. Experience within a multi-unit retail or restaurant environment is strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience leading social media initiatives and managing complex projects independently in a fast-paced environment. Fully bilingual in English and French with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
