The Service Foreperson is responsible for diagnosing and repairing various types of roof leaks while leading and training a service helper. They manage project setup, maintain roofing equipment, and handle administrative tasks such as timesheets and customer communication. Candidates should ideally have 5 years of commercial roofing experience with specific knowledge of EPDM, TPO, PVC, and Modified systems. Physical requirements include the ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and travel out of town as needed.
