Do you excel in fast-paced environment? Our Deer Park Food Store is offering an excellent opportunity for you! We’re currently looking for a part-time Grocery Clerk to join our dynamic team. We are participating in the Alberta Youth Incentive Program which supports hiring youth from the ages 15-24. Position: Grocery Clerk Part-time: 24 - 36 hours per week. Benefit eligible after 3 months. If you are coming from out of province, please remember you need to have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider. Availability: Weekdays and weekends - mornings, afternoons, and evenings Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service Address customer requests in an efficient and friendly manner Unload grocery shipments Receive, organize, and display merchandise Be alert for unauthorized merchandise removal Maintain a clean and safe work environment Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager Qualifications Excellent communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with the ability to work independently Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required Applicants must be over 14 years old.
