The Role As the Food & Beverage Server, you will serve food and beverages to guests and staff members as promptly and as courteously as possible, wait and clean tables. What You’ll Do * Perform side duties including folding napkins, rolling silverware, cleaning trays, restocking shelves, filling ice bins, cleaning and breaking down service areas, using cleaning compounds, and making coffee. Also answering the telephone, training other hosts/hostesses. * Alert supervisor of any concerns regarding the quality, selection and variety of all food and beverages. * Ring all transactions and collect and account for all cash, credit cards, and comps necessary to balance with sales. * Demonstrate good working knowledge of all casino food and beverage outlets and products. Can answer customer’s questions concerning the products. * Communicate and maintain performance standards for interaction with customers. Act effectively to anticipate, reduce or eliminate complaints from customers. * Communicate and cooperate with other departments to ensure the best possible guest satisfaction. * Monitor customers for intoxication, discontinues alcohol sales and informs security, manager and games manager on duty. Alert manager on duty and security regarding customers that may be difficult or possibly violent. * Take all training courses as required by Casino Management. * Report to work as scheduled, on time, and ready to work. * Wear and maintain all uniforms properly. * All other duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For * Education / Experience: High School Diploma. A combination of education and experience may be considered. One (1) or more years and related experience. * Skills: Demonstrated hands-on hospitality, hosting or serving experience, preferably within a gaming environment. Experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure. With experience in problem-solving, organizing and prioritizing work. * Certifications: AGLC ProServe certification and the ability to pass a criminal record check. The server is responsible for providing prompt and courteous food and beverage service to guests and staff while maintaining clean service areas. They must also handle financial transactions, monitor customer intoxication levels, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least one year of related hospitality or serving experience. Additionally, they are required to hold an AGLC ProServe certification and pass a criminal record check.
