We are currently looking for a Line Cook to join our kitchen team. AS A LINE COOK, YOU WILL: * Execute day-to-day kitchen operations by preparing and cooking food that is visually appealing and delicious, while ensuring meals are prepared promptly and consistently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times. * Be a problem solver by using your critical thinking and analytical skills to tackle challenges. You'll be empowered to work independently while managing your time and responsibilities effectively. * Foster authentic team connections by building and maintaining positive working relationships with team members and providing excellent service to our guests. * Take initiative with other duties as assigned to support the kitchen and restaurant operations. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: * One (1) or more years of recent and related cooking experience, preferably within a hospitality, restaurant, or gaming environment. * High School Diploma. A combination of education and experience may be considered. * WHMIS Food Safe Certificate (can be completed upon hire through Century Casinos). * Must be able to pass a criminal record check. * Ability to commute with reliable transportation to our property. * Open availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
